Most of our appointments are conducted through secure telehealth calls. However, for certain services or medication pick-ups, we offer in-person visits by appointment at our concierge office located within Watercrest Assisted Living.
Revive is led by experienced nurse practitioners who are dedicated to providing personal, evidence-based care. You’ll work directly with our team — Melanie, Robin, or Renee — depending on your needs.
